RMHC-SLA 20th Annual Golf Classic brings needed funds to help families during COVID-19

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of South Louisiana reports record breaking proceeds from its 20th Annual Golf Classic held October 26 at Bayou Oaks in City Park.  We raised  over 50 percent more than last year thanks to our generous sponsors, players, and supporters.  Children’s Hospital New Orleans was the presenting sponsor for the fourth consecutive year.

This year’s event featured a silent and live auction and celebrity host, Ronnie Lamarque.

“Our community continues to rally around children and families in need,” said Grace McIntosh, Executive Director of RMHC-SLA. “Despite the challenges of this last year, the success of this event is a real testament to how we come together to help one another,“
