Brantley is a vibrant, active, and strong-willed 4 year old who suffers from Alpha-mannosidase deficiency, a rare genetic disorder, which required him to need a bone marrow transplant.
It was the only solution for Brantley to grow and learn and be able to take care of himself later in life.
During their time at the House, the entire team fell in love with Brantley’s indomitable spirit and determined innate desire to overcome any obstacle he was presented with. Brantley is truly an inspiration to all who meet him!
His mother Crystal says, “It has been great here at Ronald McDonald House. We have appointments all week and we can just walk to the hospital. Brantley has to stay near the hospital for at least 4 months and we could not afford a hotel. We are very grateful.”
