Amina

red-squiggle

Amina, is a two-year old from Coram, NY.  She was diagnosed with anoxic brain injury and is receiving hyperbaric oxygen treatments.  Anoxic brain injury occurs when the brain is deprived of oxygen.  The family stayed with RMHC-SLA for 60 days at our Canal Street House.  Amina’s mom, Anastasia had this to say about their time with us. “It has been a blessing as it has allowed treatment for Amina to be possible.  It was very nice to be able to come “home” to a prepared meal after a long and sometimes difficult day.  Thank you RMHC”.
